Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our growing global service organization.

Reporting to the VP, Service, this role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations, partnering across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Aufgaben

• Define and improve global service business processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and enhance integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop data governance and master data strategies across platforms.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create reporting in Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and operational excellence.
