Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, or service operations technology.
• Experience supporting field service or service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven experience designing system integrations, data flows, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions for decision making.
• Knowledge of data architecture, master data management, governance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define global service processes and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, reporting platforms, and other systems.
• Develop and execute a service data strategy ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau insights to deliver operational and strategic value.
• Develop data flows, queries, automations, and BI reporting structures.
• Collaborate with Service, IT, Commercial Ops, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.
• Guide IT and development teams with technical strategy and prioritization.
• Drive adoption of global processes and reporting methodologies.
• Create training materials and user documentation for adoption.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and customer Experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
