Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our growing global service organization. You will partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven design of integrations, APIs, data flows, and automation.
• Dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for operational/strategic decisions.
• Data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, Power Automate, C#, HTML.
• Ability translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and global optimization of service systems.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop service master data strategy ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data‑driven decision making.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reports to deliver operational insights.
• Create data flows and automation transforming data into BI.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service teams.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and operational excellence.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Shape the future of Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics function.
