Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our growing global service organization.

Reporting to the VP of Service, this role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations, partnering across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance, operational

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting field service and service operations teams.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and continuously improve global service processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable technical solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Develop reporting and visualization using Power BI, Tableau, and related tools.
• Create data flows, queries, and automations to turn data into insights.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams on enhancements and challenges.
• Promote global processes and reporting methodologies across the organization.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for systems adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Shape the future of the Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics function.
