Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for our global service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions driving performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field/service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.
• Proven experience designing integrations, data flows and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics for decision making.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Cross-functional leadership across Service, IT, Finance, Quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define global processes and best practices.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of global service systems.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI/Tableau reports for operational insights.
• Create data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with Service, IT, Finance, and Quality teams to align objectives.
• Provide guidance to IT and development teams and prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting consistency.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for adoption.
• Evaluate emerging tech to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Shape the future of the Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics function.
