This role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations, partnering across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance, operational excellence, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, or equipment-based service groups.
• Proven ability to design system integrations, APIs, data flows, and automation.
• Strong track record of building dashboards and analytics to guide decisions.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality best practices.
• Proficient in SQL, scripting/automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve global service business processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and enhance integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reporting to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures transforming data into business intelligence.
• Partner with multiple teams to align stakeholders on objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and development on enhancements and innovations.
• Promote global process adoption and operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for system adoption.
• Evaluate new analytics capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Shape the future of the Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics function.
