Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support the growing global service organization. You will partner across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive business performance and customer success.

Reporting to the VP of Service, this role sits at the intersection of technology, data, and service operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, or service operations technology.
• Experience supporting field service, technical service, or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize global service processes, standards, and practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Create and govern master data strategies for data integrity and access.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Develop Power BI/Tableau reports to derive operational insights.
• Create data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources.
• Guide IT and development teams with business context for improvements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting consistency across the organization.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for systems adoption.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
