Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics for the global service organization.

Reporting to the VP, Service, the role collaborates with Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions that drive performance, operational excellence, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, systems architecture, service operations technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience with field service, technical service, customer support, or equipment-based service organizations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and related systems.
• Experience designing integrations, data flows, reporting frameworks, and automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of data architecture, master data management, governance, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve global service processes, standards, and best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of global service systems.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop and execute service master data governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create visualization solutions using Power BI and Tableau to deliver insights.
• Develop data flows and reporting structures from multiple sources for BI.
• Partner with Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service teams.
• Provide technical guidance to IT and development teams and prioritize enhancements.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting methodologies across the organization.
• Develop training materials and user documentation for successful adoption.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from concept to implementation and measure outcomes.
• Support team development and process maturity within Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics.
