Leica Biosystems is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service, to drive renewal and new service contract opportunities within a defined North America territory. You will manage a pipeline, engage customers before warranty expiration, and translate needs into value-based service solutions.

Remote-friendly role with travel 10–15% as needed. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or a master’s with 0–2 years, plus familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s with 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills, including pricing and service scope discussions.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers ahead of warranty expiration.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasting using CRM and quoting tools.
