Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service to drive renewal, conversion, and new service contract revenue within North America. You’ll collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role involves pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and CRM/ERP usage (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) with a focus on uptime and total cost of ownership. 10–15% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years’ experience in sales or related field.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills including pricing and service scope discussions.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle); proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewals, conversions, and new service contract opportunities across the territory.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers before warranty expiration and converting time-and-material accounts.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions emphasizing uptime, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasts using CRM and quoting tools to manage pipeline and accuracy of forecasts.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.
