Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative to drive service contracts across a defined US/Canada territory. You will manage renewals, conversions, and new opportunities, while coordinating with Field Service Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes pipeline management, pricing discussions, and the use of CRM/SAP/Oracle tools to forecast and close deals. A remote-friendly work arrangement is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with relevant experience in sales or services.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills including pricing and scope discussions.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Support contract renewals and penetration by engaging customers ahead of warranty expiration.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasting using CRM and quoting tools.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for consistent delivery.
