Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service, to support annual service contracts within a North America territory. You will drive revenue by managing renewals, conversions, and new opportunities across the sales cycle.

You’ll collaborate with Field Service Engineers to ensure a seamless customer experience, using CRM, ERP systems, and standard office tools. Travel 10–15% may be required. Remote work is eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
• Negotiation of pricing and service scope.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities across all sales stages.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers before warranty expiration and converting time-and-material accounts to contracts.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service offerings emphasizing uptime, risk mitigation, and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasting using CRM and quoting tools to manage pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a consistent customer experience.
