Jobgether is seeking a Senior Service Designer based in the United States to lead human-centered design initiatives for federal agencies, starting with VA programs. You will guide discovery, translate research into strategies, and collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams in a fully remote setting.

As a senior individual contributor, you will influence client decisions, establish design best practices, and contribute to organizational growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in service design, UX, or related field with leadership of complex engagements.
• Strong command of service design methods, discovery techniques, and systems thinking.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into actionable recommendations with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior decisions.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data, and research teams in agile settings.
• Ability to connect design decisions to client outcomes, business goals, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional service design engagements with high quality delivery.
• Apply mixed-method research to uncover user needs and organizational challenges.
