Job summary

Cloud Software Group's Citrix unit is seeking a Principal Security Technology Strategist to guide security DNA across regional teams and deepen customer relationships. You will partner with account teams and the Security BU to craft security-by-design solutions using Citrix platform, evolving governance and product requirements.

You will lead strategic security conversations with CISOs and technical stakeholders, deliver remote or on-site demos, and drive multi-product PoCs while shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or security consulting.
• 10+ years enterprise cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
• Ability to tailor technical presentations to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Discuss security concerns and potential solutions clearly to varied audiences.
• Provide security-focused guidance and strategy to sales teams.
• Assess security solution fit to meet customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site.
• Design multi-product proof-of-concept solutions and guide adoption.
• Overcome objections while moving sales and adoption forward.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Stay updated on security trends to inform customers and product requirements.
• Develop relationships with customer decision-makers and contacts.
• Contribute to broader technical sales success with Citrix security solutions.
• Implement strategic goals and operate with short- to mid-term impact.
• Provide input into new products, processes, and standards.
• Improve existing processes using advanced reasoning and problem solving.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers or vendors.
• Influence others to adopt new concepts and approaches.
• Mentor and train staff across the company within area of expertise.
• Manage large, complex initiatives with cross-functional teams.
