Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Principal Security Technology Strategist to work with North American teams, building security DNA across customer accounts and driving Citrix security solutions adoption.

The role requires extensive cybersecurity expertise, excellent communication across levels, and the ability to guide product development from discovery to implementation. Remote in North America with travel to customer sites or events as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales, sales engineer, solution engineer, field CTO, or consulting experience.
• 10+ years supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Familiarity with application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity solutions and design best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and events.

Responsibilities

• Discuss security concerns and potential solutions to audiences from CISO to hands-on practitioners.
• Provide security-focused guidance to sales teams.
• Assess applicability of Citrix security solutions to meet customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site.
• Design multi-product proofs of concept and guide adoption and expansion.
