Job summary

Citrix, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, seeks a Principal Security Technology Strategist to join our North America team. This role partners with account teams and the Security BU to drive zero trust and secure access across enterprise deployments.

The position leads customer journeys from problem discovery through solution deployment, delivering security guidance to sales and building multi-product PoCs to drive adoption and renewal across large customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, or consulting in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Discuss security concerns and solutions to diverse audiences including executives and security practitioners.
• Provide security-focused guidance to sales teams.
• Assess Citrix security solutions for customers' business needs.
• Deliver product demos and technical presentations remotely or on-site.
• Design multi-product PoC solutions and guide adoption and expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Keep abreast of security trends to inform customers and product requirements.
• Develop relationships with key customer decision-makers.
