Job summary

Refractal in New York seeks an experienced SDR/BDR to generate US pipelines by engaging security and risk leaders at large enterprises and MSSPs. You’ll run outbound programs, qualify inbound demos, and hand opportunities to Account Executives and founders.

You’ll craft messaging for CISOs and security executives, test sequences, and continuously improve the outbound toolkit and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an SDR/BDR in B2B software, including cybersecurity experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating pipeline targets.
• Confident at cold-calling senior security buyers and building relationships.
• Able to learn technical topics quickly and explain AI security risk clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, map buying committees and pursue outbound opportunities.
• Execute multi-channel outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn and events.
• Qualify inbound demo requests and book meetings for AEs and founders.
• Write and test messaging for CISOs and security leaders.
• Improve outbound playbooks, sequences, and CRM hygiene.
