ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting from the US, building pipeline and qualifying opportunities for Sales Executives. You will engage multiple stakeholders across target accounts using multi-channel outreach and maintain strong alignment with account strategy.

The role emphasizes outbound discipline, familiarity with AI-assisted tools, and continuous improvement of messaging and cadences while working remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of B2B outbound sales, business development, or related experience required.
• Insurance industry experience or familiarity with B2B sales in insurance is preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted sales tools and sequencing/cadence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive outbound pipeline through personalized, multi-stakeholder outreach across channels.
• Develop and refine segment-specific playbooks and messaging.
• Qualify opportunities in Salesforce before SE handoff with full context.
• Partner with Sales Executives to map stakeholders and time outreach.
• Maintain ongoing engagement and adapt outreach based on results.
