EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle for utilities, in a nationwide, remote-friendly role in the United States.

You’ll translate business needs into functional designs, work with business and technical teams, and support testing, data conversion, and go-live activities. Travel 40–60% expected; EY offers a strong rewards package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Experience supporting utility customer-lifecycle processes, including account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start and stop service.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, and related processes.
• Configuring SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions including business partner, contract account, and related data.
• Designing and supporting service-request, notification, and customer-contact processes.
• Translating service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U workflows.
• Coordinating cross-workstream impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
• Performing data conversion activities and go-live readiness tasks.
• Documenting functional designs, data mappings, and test scenarios.
• Supporting testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
