EY in Atlanta is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement SAP IS-U solutions across meter-to-cash processes.

You will translate requirements, collaborate with business and technical teams, and travel 40-60% to meet client needs while delivering end-to-end SAP IS-U Customer Service capabilities. This role offers exposure to global utilities projects within EY's consulting practice and a path to lead complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or design.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract data and service processes.
• Understanding meter-to-cash dependencies across related modules.
• Experience collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, configuration, testing and implementation of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate dependencies across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management and more.
• Prepare functional specs, test scenarios and data mappings.
• Support cutover activities, data validation and production stabilization.
