EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will translate requirements into functional designs and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust customer, account, and service processes.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, conducting testing, and supporting data conversion and cutover readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3+ years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise and customer service processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical SAP IS-U functional designs.

Mansioni

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers and related processes.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions (business partner, contract account, utility contract, premises, service connections).
• Design and support service-requests, notifications, correspondence, and customer contact processes integrated with SAP IS-U and meter-to-cash solutions.
• Document functional designs, data mappings, test scenarios, and process flows.
• Coordinate end-to-end impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital channels.
• Support data conversion, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
