Job summary

EY seeks an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to design, configure, test and implement customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility requirements into functional designs and end-to-end workflows.

The role requires 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, hands-on delivery of requirements, configuration, testing and production support, and willingness to travel 40–60%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience, including 3 years hands-on SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing and production support in a utility environment.
• Experience with SAP IS‑U customer, business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, service connection, and customer-service processes.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, start/stop service, and related customer processes.
• Supporting functional design and configuration of SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions, including master data.
• Designing and supporting service-request, notification, correspondence, and customer-contact processes.
• Translating service-operation requirements into SAP IS-U functional designs and workflows.
• Coordinating end-to-end process impacts across Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and more.
• Analyzing exceptions affecting activation, billing readiness, and data.
• Preparing functional designs, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Executing testing and supporting UAT, regression testing, and issue resolution.
