Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Customer Service Senior Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and implementation of customer-facing SAP IS-U solutions across the meter-to-cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate utility service requirements into effective functional designs.

The role may require 40–60% travel to meet client needs and may involve coordination with Billing, FI-CA, Device Management, Work Management, and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP IS-U Customer Service solutions with clients and internal teams.
• Analyze requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, move-in/move-out, transfers, and start/stop service.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service including business partner, contract account, utility contract, premise, and service connection.
• Design and document end-to-end process flows for customer self-service web, mobile, and IVR integrated with SAP IS-U.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs, test scenarios, data mappings, and project deliverables.
• Support unit and integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
• Assist data conversion activities including mapping, validation, reconciliation and cutover readiness.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer to client teams.
