Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with at least 3 years in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration or solution design, testing, and production support in a utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements for customer and account maintenance, service requests, moves, transfers, and related processes.
• Configure SAP IS-U Customer Service elements including business partner, contract account, premise and service connection.
