Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor in the United States with deep SAP EHS and product stewardship expertise to advise enterprise customers. You will shape solutions combining SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities, guiding opportunities from discovery to proposal.

You will partner with commercial teams, create tailored demonstrations, and contribute to sales strategies while building trusted relationships across global accounts. Travel ~20–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including knowledge of how structured regulatory content supports chemical compliance and product stewardship processes.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facilitating roles, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments, translating technical requirements into practical business solutions.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in applying AI-enabled capabilities to customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, then recommend solutions.
• Partner with Business Development teams on complex opportunities, delivering tailored demonstrations, and contributing to proposals and Scopes of Work.
• Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations, including evolving SAP technologies.
• Demonstrate how 3E's Content as a Service, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities address compliance and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support evolving needs.
• Work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share insights and address technical considerations and improve solutions.
• Support shared sales objectives by helping advance enterprise opportunities and communicating business value of 3E's solutions.
• Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry events.
