Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor in the Washington, DC area to connect deep SAP EHS and product stewardship knowledge with customer needs. You will influence complex sales opportunities, shape enterprise solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regulatory content, 3E Generate, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.

In this role, you’ll lead discovery conversations, design tailored demonstrations, and guide customers through SAP EHS workflows and S/4HANA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including structured regulatory content for chemical compliance and product stewardship processes.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, engaging stakeholders and building trusted relationships.
• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments, translating technical requirements into business solutions.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including using AI tools and discussing business value of AI-enabled solutions.
• Approx. 20-30% travel to support customer meetings, demos, and other business needs.
• Based in the US in a state where 3E is authorized to hire; eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments and regulatory priorities; recommend solutions.
• Partner with Business Development on complex opportunities, deliver tailored demonstrations, and contribute to proposals and Scopes of Work.
• Advise customers on SAP EHS workflows, structured regulatory content, and integration considerations including S/4HANA transformations.
• Demonstrate how 3E Content as a Service, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities address compliance and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption.
• Work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share customer insights and influence product improvements.
• Support shared sales objectives by communicating business value of 3E solutions.
• Represent 3E in customer presentations, webinars, and industry events; mentor fellow Solutions Advisors.
