Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor who bridges deep SAP EHS knowledge with strategic customer guidance. You will help enterprise clients navigate evolving regulations, optimize compliance processes, and maximize value from SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Based in the United States with 20-30% travel, you will partner with sales, product, and delivery teams to shape solutions and drive long-term customer success across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, or related fields.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles with stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand SAP environments and regulatory requirements.
• Shape enterprise solutions with BD, delivering tailored demonstrations and proposals.
• Advise customers on SAP EHS workflows and integration considerations, including S/4HANA transformations.
• Demonstrate how regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities address compliance challenges.
• Build lasting relationships with Account Managers to identify adoption opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share insights.
• Support shared sales objectives by communicating business value of 3E solutions.
• Represent 3E in customer presentations, webinars, and industry events.
