Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to combine deep SAP EHS knowledge with business strategy for enterprise customers. You will align regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities with customer needs, shaping solutions that drive adoption and value.

You’ll collaborate with commercial teams, influence complex opportunities, and travel 20–30% to customer meetings, demos, and events across the US.

Qualifications

7+ years in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, or related fields.
Hands-on SAP EHS experience with knowledge of structured regulatory content.
5+ years in customer-facing roles engaging stakeholders.
Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments.
Familiarity with global chemical regulatory frameworks (GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, RoHS).
Ability to translate complex regulatory/technical concepts to varied audiences.
Proficiency with Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead consultative discovery with customers to uncover SAP environments and regulatory priorities.
Shape enterprise solutions and deliver tailored demonstrations and proposals.
Advise on SAP EHS workflows, content, and integration considerations, including S/4HANA.
Show how Content as a Service, 3E Generate and AI capabilities deliver business value.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for adoption.
Share customer insights with Product and Delivery teams to drive improvements.
Represent 3E in customer-facing events and webinars.
