Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to connect deep SAP EHS and product stewardship expertise with customer needs, guiding enterprises through evolving regulations and optimizing compliance processes. You will influence solutions that combine SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will work with commercial teams to shape opportunities, collaborate with technical and sales experts, and help customers realize value from 3E's solutions while building lasting

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS and regulatory content for chemical compliance and product stewardship.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles with stakeholder engagement and trusted relationships.
• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments translating requirements into business solutions.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks (GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS).
• Ability to explain complex regulatory/technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to discuss AI-enabled solutions with customers.
• Role involves ~20-30% travel.
• Based in the US, eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and priorities, then recommend solutions.
• Partner with Business Development on complex opportunities, develop solution strategies, deliver tailored demonstrations, and contribute to proposals and Scopes of Work.
• Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations including SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Demonstrate how 3E's Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI capabilities address compliance and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support evolving business needs.
• Share customer insights with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to influence solutions and improvements.
• Support shared sales objectives by communicating business value of 3E solutions.
• Represent 3E in customer presentations, webinars, and industry events; mentor fellow Advisors.
