Job summary

3E seeks a Senior Solutions Advisor to connect deep SAP EHS expertise with customer needs, guiding enterprise clients through evolving regulatory challenges and optimizing compliance processes.

You will collaborate with commercial, product, and delivery teams to shape solutions that combine SAP EHS, Content as a Service, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities, while building trusted relationships and driving growth across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product stewardship or related field.
• Hands-on SAP EHS experience with regulatory content support.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles and consultative selling.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks (GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, RoHS).
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical AI applications in solutions.
• Travel about 20-30% for customer meetings and demos.
• Based in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand SAP environments and regulatory priorities and propose solutions.
• Partner with Business Development on complex opportunities, deliver demos, and contribute to proposals.
• Advise customers on SAP EHS workflows and S/4HANA transformation considerations.
• Demonstrate value of Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI capabilities.
• Build lasting relationships with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Share customer insights with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams.
• Contribute to commercial growth by communicating business value of 3E solutions.
• Represent 3E at presentations, webinars, and industry events, mentoring peers.
