Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to connect SAP EHS and product stewardship expertise with customer needs, helping enterprises navigate evolving regulations and optimize compliance processes.

You will work with commercial and technical teams to shape solutions that bring together SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities while building strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product stewardship, environmental health, or related fields.
• 5+ years in customer-facing or consultative roles.
• Experience translating regulatory/technical needs into business solutions.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks (GHS, REACH, TSCA, etc.).
• Able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations to understand SAP environments and regulatory priorities, then propose tailored solutions.
• Partner with Business Development on opportunities, deliver demonstrations, and contribute to proposals.
• Advise on SAP EHS workflows, regulatory content, and integration considerations including S/4HANA transformations.
• Demonstrate value of 3E Generate, regulatory Content as a Service, and AI-enabled capabilities to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support customer needs.
