Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor in the United States to connect deep SAP EHS and product stewardship knowledge with customer needs, guiding complex regulatory challenges and optimizing compliance processes. You will collaborate with commercial teams to shape solutions that combine SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and AI-enhanced capabilities for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, supply chain compliance, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including knowledge of how structured regulatory content supports chemical compliance and product stewardship processes.
• 5+ years in customer-facilitating roles with ability to engage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Experience in consultative or solution-selling environments, translating technical requirements into practical business solutions.
• Knowledge of global chemical regulatory frameworks such as GHS, REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, HazCom, RoHS, or similar regulations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including ability to use AI tools effectively and engage customers in conversations about AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customers' SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities, then recommend solutions.
• Shape enterprise solutions with Business Development teams, develop tailored demonstrations, and contribute to proposals and Scopes of Work.
• Advise customers on structured regulatory content, SAP EHS workflows, and integration considerations, including SAP technologies and S/4HANA transformations.
• Demonstrate how 3E's Content as a Service, 3E Generate, authoring services, and AI-enabled capabilities address compliance and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional solution adoption and support evolving needs.
• Work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to share customer insights and contribute to solution improvements.
• Support shared sales objectives by advancing enterprise opportunities and communicating business value.
• Represent 3E through customer presentations, webinars, and industry events, providing guidance and expertise to fellow Advisors.
