Job summary

3E is seeking a Senior Solutions Advisor to connect deep SAP EHS expertise with client needs and guide complex regulatory solution strategies. You’ll work with SAP EHS, regulatory content, 3E Generate, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to drive value for enterprise customers.

You’ll partner with commercial teams to shape solutions, influence opportunities, and deliver tailored demonstrations that showcase both technical and business impact. This is a high-visibility role with global reach.

Qualifications

7+ years in product stewardship, environmental health and safety, chemical regulatory compliance, or a related field.
Hands-on SAP EHS experience and knowledge of structured regulatory content and workflows.
5+ years in customer-facing or consultative roles translating technical needs into business value.
Experience in consultative/sales environments and managing complex enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery conversations to understand SAP environments, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
Shape enterprise solutions with BD teams, deliver tailored demos, and contribute to proposals and scoping.
Advise customers on SAP EHS content, workflows, and integration considerations including S/4HANA.
Demonstrate how 3E Content as a Service, 3E Generate, and AI-enabled capabilities deliver value.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify adoption opportunities and evolve customer needs.
Partner with Product, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams to incorporate feedback.
Support shared sales objectives and communicate business value of 3E solutions.
Represent 3E in customer presentations, webinars, and industry events while mentoring peers.
