Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce-based process improvements and act as Product Owner for enterprise initiatives.

You will own the Salesforce backlog, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across the organization. This fully remote role supports global stakeholders, with occasional travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge and experience.
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support.
• Manage integrations and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
