You’ll partner with stakeholders, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and platform integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and roadmap.
• Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead UAT planning, release validations, and post-deployment support.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and leadership to align with enterprise objectives.
