Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, admin configurations, and process improvements. You will partner with IT, Salesforce developers, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and drive adoption across teams.
The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, governance, and collaboration, with a remote-friendly setup that may require travel to Arrow offices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
- Advanced Salesforce administration experience and data modeling for reports/dashboards.
- Experience supporting platform integrations and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
- Engineering and business stakeholders alignment to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and communicate vision and roadmap.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption across Salesforce/ArrowSphere.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
- Influence prioritization decisions across stakeholder groups and manage cross-team dependencies.
