Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs and drive platform improvements. You will translate business requirements into epics and manage cross-functional delivery with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership.
The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable solutions aligned with enterprise goals. Fully remote with travel to Arrow offices as needed.
Formación
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes).
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience with data modeling and security.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with platform integrations and vendor management.
Responsabilidades
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritize requirements and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinate integrations between Salesforce, Power BI, and other systems.
- Perform business validation testing for releases and post-deployment support.
