Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions. You will lead requirements, UAT, and release validations while coordinating with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to drive automation and process improvements.
The role supports remote operations, with Travel to Arrow offices as needed.
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS)
- Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge
- Experience leading requirements gathering & UAT for large initiatives
- Ability to evaluate configurations, automation & integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and dependency planning
- Proficient in Salesforce data modeling for reports/dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce/ArrowSphere integrations and BI tools
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs; define vision and roadmap.
- Design, configure and support declarative Salesforce solutions.
- Lead requirements, design discussions, UAT, and release validations.
- Coordinate issue triage, stakeholder reviews, and adoption initiatives.
- Influence prioritization across multiple teams and vendors.
- Support platform integrations with Power BI and ERP systems.
