Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, translate requirements into epics, and drive process improvements across platforms.

In this role, you will design declarative Salesforce solutions, support data integrity, and lead UAT, release validations, and adoption initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
Evaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions.
Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
Operates with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.
Contributes to process improvements
Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
Evaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
