Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmap, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Qualifikationen
- Experience in Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration and platform integration.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, and release validation skills.
Aufgaben
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving stakeholder experiences.
