Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with scalable Salesforce-based solutions. The role combines product ownership, BPM, and Salesforce administration to translate objectives into practical platform designs.

You will own backlogs, define roadmaps, and drive automation initiatives across Salesforce and related systems, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes. Fully remote with occasional travel to Arrow offices as required.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum.
Advanced Salesforce Administration knowledge.
5+ years experience with Salesforce platforms.
Experience with platform integrations.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
Lead end-to-end process improvements and evaluation of configurations and integrations.
