Job summary
Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce administration, product ownership, and cross-functional process improvements. You will own backlogs, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive automation initiatives across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, BI, and ERP ecosystems.
The role is fully remote with travel to Arrow offices as needed; focused on optimizing business processes, governance, and stakeholder alignment within a large global organization.
Qualifications
- ~5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- ~3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- ~ Experience supporting platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
