Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce platform delivery and process optimization. You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product roadmap, and translate business needs into scalable solutions with stakeholders across IT, business, and leadership.

You will coordinate requirements, design solutions, and support UAT and release validations for medium-to-large initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum)
• Advanced Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience leading requirements gathering and UAT for large initiatives
• Ability to influence prioritization across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems.
• Support platform adoption and post-deployment activities.
