monday.com in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our GTM organization across the Americas. You will own end-to-end recruiting for Sales, GTM, Partnerships, and Revenue Enablement, partnering with senior leaders to deliver a high-quality hiring experience.
You'll design sourcing strategies, conduct structured interviews, and use data to drive improvements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
About the role We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our CRO (GTM) organization across the Americas. This is a full-cycle, high-impact recruiting role embedded in a collaborative, metrics-driven TA team based in NYC. You'll own a portfolio of requisitions spanning Sales, GTM, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, SDR, and Enablement functions, partnering closely with director up to VP-level business leaders and HRBPs to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience. Our team recruits across key hubs including New York, Denver, Atlanta, and Remote. This isntisnt a transactional recruiting role. You'll serve as a true talent advisor to the business, bringing market intelligence, process discipline, and a clear point of view on how to win competitive GTM talent.

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $140,000-175,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs. Full compensation details, including any applicable bonus or incentive plan, will be provided in the hiring process.
