Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales, to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating functions in a fast-moving, remote environment. You will partner with senior revenue leaders to shape hiring strategy, build pipelines, and drive data-driven hiring velocity across Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing operations.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own full-cycle recruiting across key revenue-generating functions, with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing operational leadership. You will partner closely with senior revenue leaders to shape hiring strategy, provide market intelligence, and help the organization scale with the right talent. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sourcing mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to create an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-moving remote environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in Sales, Marketing, customer success operations, and leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to revenue leadership, facilitating hiring meetings and providing market insights
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent using innovative sourcing channels
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values
• Track metrics and drive data-driven improvements in hiring velocity using applicant tracking tools
• Lead or participate in talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and DEI sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, with Fintech or SaaS preferred
• Proven track record hiring for high-volume sales roles and complex GTM or corporate functions
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive headhunter mindset
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to use data to identify hiring trends and solve recruiting challenges
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to navigate ambiguity in a scaling startup
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote work environment
