Job summary

CharterUP in a remote-first setup is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across inbound and outbound channels. You will manage hundreds of interactions weekly, build your own book of business, and close new customers while expanding recurring ones, serving as the primary CharterUP contact for high‑value accounts.

You will own performance against targets, use data to guide activity, and collaborate with peers to refine tactics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Experience navigating multi-contact organizations and closing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones, managing a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Own performance against revenue targets, conversion rates, and activity metrics.
• Build urgency, rapport, and trust in every interaction to close decisively.
• Apply objection handling and assumptive closing to drive efficient bookings.
• Maintain accurate quoting and CRM updates across systems (Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack).
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems to refine tactics and improve execution.
