CharterUP, LLC. is hiring a Sales Manager in a remote-first setup to lead revenue growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will manage hundreds of customer interactions weekly, build your own book of business, and uphold CharterUP’s speed, reliability, and excellence in bookings.

You will close new customers and expand recurring ones, owning performance against targets and qualification metrics while maintaining rigorous CRM, quoting, and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue roles.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with multi-contact organizations.
• Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack).
• Data-driven with ability to use performance metrics to guide activity.
