CharterUP, LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue in a remote-first environment. You will manage a high-volume flow of inbound and outbound opportunities, build your own book of business, and close deals with speed, reliability, and excellence.

You will own performance against revenue targets and account growth, expand recurring business, and maintain precise CRM records across Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack, and proprietary tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of quota attainment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and targeted outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones, managing a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts.
