Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for a remote-first role. You will manage a book of high-value accounts, close new business, and drive recurring revenue while upholding CharterUP’s reputation for speed, reliability, and excellence.

You’ll handle hundreds of customer interactions weekly, balance inbound and outbound activity, and live by data-driven metrics to exceed revenue targets. Collaborative leadership and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to close new business and expand existing accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones while managing a book of high-value accounts.
• Own performance against revenue targets, conversion rates, and activity metrics.
• Deliver exceptional quotes, accurate CRM updates, and proactive stakeholder communication.
