Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Specialist, Payouts in North America Commercial sales to grow adoption of Enterprise Payouts and PayPal Payouts across new and existing accounts. You will lead discovery, align with cross-functional teams, and design solutions tailored to merchant needs, with a focus on ROI and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience solution selling to senior executives at Fortune 1000, including engaging C-level decision makers across Product, Sales, and Finance.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities with sound judgment and market awareness.
Collaborate with Account Managers to shape and advance product-specific opportunities.
Provide ROI-based business cases and quantified value to clients.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
